Lumberjack Macaroni

This is an easy dish that's fun make, and fun to watch being made.

8 oz dry macaroni (by weight)
1/4 cup chili sauce (the ketchupy stuff that's spicy)
3/4 cup butter cut into pieces
2 cups grated cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack, with some parmesan mixed in for more flavor)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Warm a platter. Cook and drain the macaroni. Immediately spread the macaroni on the heated platter. Sprinkle it with the cheese, butter, and sauces. Toss to mix and melt, serve immediately.

Serves 6.
